Our company is a leading HVAC provider in south Florida and provides both residential and light commercial installation and repair to both RNC and retail markets. Today we are seeking a very key position one that is hands-on operational and full change competent stake holder. In this role you will become an integral part of our team working hard leading, guiding and problem solving to help the company grow

To be qualified and considered you MUST have a minimum of FIVE (5) YEARS of demonstrated HVAC management experience. Additionally, if you hold a state HVAC contractor license and a business degree that is a real plus. This is a long-term career position with exceptional upside potential. Key requirements candidate MUST be fluent with:

• Reviewing and understand reading of engineered drawings
• Procurement and securing work through contracting
• Bidding/Estimating of commercial and residential jobs
• Job cost abilities of all work
• Management of HVAC jobs to pass inspections
• Overseeing code changes and requirements for permitting and sales
• Providing load calculations
• Management of sales department and GPM for bid jobs
• Understanding and managing P&L and balance sheet
• Efficient job scheduling and meeting deadlines
• Effectively managing others who perform much of the above-mentioned workload

Goals of position:

• Grow sales 15% per annum over proceeding five years
• Improve overall GPM across all departments
• Provide improved QC and productivity standards
• Vastly improve overall efficiency of the operations
• Add to the culture of the company and improve communication and retention
• Effectively lead company and gain respect of all subordinates and customers
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

• FIVE (5) YEARS of demonstrated HVAC management experience
• Abilities to perform commercial take offs and estimating from plans
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Sound financial knowledge and fiscal practices
• Business degree, HVAC contractor license and or business degree preferred
